Awesome support

Hello, I just wanted to leave a review for a customer support employee that helped me and my dad. My dad brought in a laptop that wasn't working and the employee Will Almendarez at the Tempe, AZ store #1582 was absolutely the most helpful and patient employee I've ever seen. If I was him I would have been annoyed with the situation but if he was he sure didn't show it. It was extremely busy in the store and I had just seen him get yelled at by a customer for something that a different employee did. It was crazy how he was able to still be so friendly and helpful despite it all. My dad's computer ended up just needing to be updated. 15 updates actually yikes but the employee did the updates as well as opened the laptop and reseated the inner hardware just to make sure. He did not charge us a thing and just sent us on our way with a friendly smile and attitude. Please please give this guy a raise or at the very least a pat on the back because this is so rare to see anymore. We have to reward this work ethic. Thank you.
