I'm from Brazil and I bought an Asus Live L1 smartphone in December 2018 at the Millenia Boulevard store in Orlando. 15 days ago, the device began to present problems on the touchscreen without any specific cause. The appliance did not fall and did not even get wet. I can not activate some functions of the smartphone and even writing a message is very difficult with the failures in the touchscreen. I got in touch with Asus support in Brazil and they said they did not cover warranty on foreign devices. They also said that they do not even have spare parts for this screen in Brazil.
During the purchase, the seller (who spoke Portuguese) said that I could have a guarantee in Brazil
What can BestBuy do to solve my problem?

Thanks for the post! There's little worse than having a problem with your phone. I'm sorry that's your experience.
Manufacturer's warranties do vary depending on which country you are attempting to get service in. This would typically be documented on an included warranty card or on their website. I would advise continuing to work with the manufacturer to double-check what options are available where you are located.
