So, I have had this laptop since christmas of last year. It's giving me some factory problems like brand new it would not start up with the powersource plugged in. It came with all problems but I beared with it. Months later I can not take it. Is it possible to still return it to best buy under warranty from Asus? The problem identified was in fact a factory source problem. I even talked to their rep and confirmed I could return it to them via Mail. But I aint about shipping.
