Armor Edge Warranty

We bought the Armor Edge screen protector because of the lifetime warranty and "in-store" replacement. I have had varying experiences with the in-store replacement with one store telling me they don't do that, one saying they first store was wrong and replaced it, and one replacing the screen earlier this year but now telling me Best Buy has changed their policy and they no longer will replace them in store as we were told when the product was purchased. Replacing through the manufacturer is not easy and we would not have purchased the product (x4) if it had not been for the in-store replacement. Has the policy changed?

Thanks for connecting with us on our forums! I'm a major supporter of protecting your phone properly, and I also have an Armor Edge screen protector on my phone. 

 

As far as I know, we do indeed offer in-store fulfillment of the warranty on Armor Edge screen protectors as long as it was purchased at Best Buy. If you need a replacement, and a store isn’t helping you, please let me know which store you are working with. I’ll be happy to reach out and point them towards the correct process for you.
