Hi, I've been given an external number of External {removed per forum guidelines}. I have a warranty through Best Buy for my 2019 Samsung Washer. BB sent a 3rd party appliance company out. The repair person tried to pull out the washer and heavily dented the front in 2 places with both of his palms. Your support told me to get 2 estimates for the dents and email them to you. First, nobody will come to my home in the covid-19 environment just to give an estimate. I feel that I am being told to do impossible work at this time when your repair person heavily dented my new washer. I'm very upset about this. I've been an elite plus member all last year. I'd like your help please. Thank you
