I had a scheduled washing machine repair for today between 700am-100pm, no one showed. Called Geek squad customer service and was told appointment had to be rescheduled, should someone have called me? Appointment Order: {removed per forum guidelines}. After spending three hours on the phone the appointment has been rescheduled to January 22. This is not acceptable already waited two weeks for this appointment. I would like some one there tomorrow. I have already reached out to Allison Peterson regarding this matter.
