Purchased applecare (2yr plan) at the same time as my apple watch SE in Dec 2020. BB has the watch it was supposed to go in for repair. Tech just called apple won't honor the repair. Tech told me to take it up with Apple. Note purchased the warranty from BB. Watch needs screen replaced.
Looks like BB never told Apple about the applecare warranty purchase on the item.
Have order and repair numbers - BB feel free to message me, i have documentation for days....Thanks !
