Apple Support

I just left the North Wilmington store. My daughter made the appointment through Apple support. I waited in line for 20 minutes and knew what was coming before I got there. The geek squad guy was sending all Apple products to an Apple store for repairs saying they couldn’t do them at BB. His argument when I asked why we weren’t told that upfront instead of waiting days is that we didn’t make the appointment through them. Why is there an agreement between the two entities if BB isn’t going to honor it. Granted, I got miserable waiting knowing what was coming and he had a lot of patience but in the 20 minutes I was there a lot of peoples time was wasted. Now we need an appointment with an Apple store. Thanks for letting me vent.

We do offer Apple Authorized Service in select Best Buy locations. You can find out if there is a store near to you here. I see that the location on Concord Pike in Wilmington, DE is one of those stores. If that’s the store you visited and weren’t able to get service, I’d like to follow up on this for you.
