[ Edited ]

FIrst of all yes I looked online and the status has not changed since last month. I was having issues with my N Switch and needed a repair or replacement. How do I get further information as to where its at in the repair process.

Someone please help my Grandkid is driving me crazy. Not to Mention I miss playing it myself.

seeings how we cant get PS5s or Xbox Series Xs because the BOTS are still stealing inventory from your website.... Yes the last inventory drop was terrible!! I had one in the cart but it just wouldn't process.

Re: Any update on Repair? Order {removed per forum guidelines}

Good afternoon, akrish70,

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  As someone who’s been working from home for just shy of a year now, I know how vital something like a Nintendo Switch can be to help pass the time, so I certainly understand wanting to make sure yours is returned to you as soon as possible.

I’d like to take a closer look into the status of your repair and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’ll just need a few pieces of additional information from you in order to do so.  .  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me this information and ensure it’s not visible in the public view of our Support Forums, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
