On 06/28/2018, I purchased a new Samsung s9+ with an Armor Edge pn 12007 and an Otterbox Symmetry, all recommended by the Best Buy sales asscoiate. Recently, the Armor Edge screen detached from the phone. I visited the store today and was told that I needed to go through the manufacturer to get warranty relief. However, the rep, even after looking at the receipt, gave me the WEB address for Zagg, So I checked the Best Buy WEB support Blog, and apparently you handle Armor Edge warrranties at the store like I was told when I purchased these items. Please confirm my findings and tell me how to approach the personnel at the store. I still have the receipt.
Also, I see in the reviews for the Armor Edge product that issues have been discovered when using it with the Otter Box cover they sold me. Please comment.

I appreciate you taking the time to write us about this and for choosing us for your phone purchase and needs. I was able to look into this and confirm that we should be able to do the replacement in one of our stores. I apologize for the conflicting information you’ve received, and for any issues you’ve had getting the screen protector replaced. I’m guessing the confusion arises from these screen protectors following a different process than most others that we sell.
