Amazing Customer Service Experience

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a CSR in the warranty department by the name Ray ({removed per forum guidelines}); this gentleman was truly amazing. I never thought that I would have the worst customer service experience and the best customer service experience in the same day. I originally spoke to a David who was just awful to me. I was literally at a lost for words with how the guy talked to me and treated me; it confirmed that their calls couldn’t have been recorded. After he hung up on me. I called back immediately asking for a manager. Ray took my call and was able to build a rapport with me within the first 30 seconds that instantly made me comfortable with allowing him the chance to correct the wrongs of his co worker. He was just amazing! I was literally in awe. He’s definitely the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. I was done with spending my money with Bestbuy after being belittled by the previous CSR. I could tell that Ray was just genuinely a great person who had to of been raised by great parents. He helped me pick out a replacement television for my grandmother and went the extra mile to even ensure that someone would set it up for her. As a Marine Officer, I understand the importance of a pat on the back and the conveyance of a job well done. This gentleman truly exemplified the kind of respect and empathy that we all must carry and project upon people in our every day life because we truly never know what a person is dealing with on the inside. Ray, thank you for being a blessing to me and reinforcing that there are great people in this world and that the kindness that you give out always finds it’s way back to you. Sometimes in the form of complete strangers. May God continue to bless you!

I know having a TV stop working is a stressful experience so I'm very glad to hear that Ray was able to get this taken care of for you as well arranged for this new TV to be installed.
