AirPods Pro Replacement Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty

I submitted my AirPods Pro on March 29th at Best Buy on City of Montebello for a simple replacement which geek squad determined to be defective and needed to be replaced. It should of been done within 2-3 days which now been two weeks. I called three times and requested a call back to no avail. I called apple support to make a formal complaint and now I’m up to the point where I will be getting the CFPB involved.

Not sure where the 2-3 days came from, more like 2-3 weeks. Pretty sure Apple makes them send them directly to Apple for evaluation, repair or replacement.

nckhammond is correct, if the item brought in for service isn't a handful of newer iphones needing a screen replacement or battery then the process usually takes weeks.  Unfortunately, this is Apple's timeline for their Apple Authorized Service Providers.

I can definitely understand wanting a speedy repair, as I'd hate to be without these for an extended period of time as well.
