Air pods repair

It’s been almost a month silence I brought in my AirPods to get fixed under apples warranty and the last update I got on the tracker was nearly 3 weeks ago. I went to the store that I brought them to in order to see what had happened and they told me that apple had them, so I called apple and they told me they never once got them and to check back in with Best Buy and bestbuy and geek squad just kept telling me the same exact thing that apple had them. The worst part is that it essentially even a repair from what both the geek squad agent and the apple support person I talked to schedule the repair told me it would be a replacement and that it would take about a week. So I would like to know where are my nearly $150 headphones at.

Re: Air pods repair

[ Edited ]

Good afternoon, landin1206,

Welcome to our forums.  Whether it's headphones, a laptop, or any other piece of technology, we certainly hope our customers will have a positive experience with their Geek Squad repairs, and receive their items back to them as soon as possible.  It's disappointing to hear your AirPods still seem to be in repair at the moment, but I'll be happy to take a closer look and offer any additional assistance I can.

For me to look into your repair service further, I'll just need a few pieces of additional information from you.  If you could use the blue "Private Message" button in my signature to send me the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your Service Order number

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue "Private Message" button in my signature, and if you're accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to "Full" or "Desktop" view before this button is visible to you.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
