I purchased a new Insignia Refrigerator (NS-RTM18WH7) for $600. It stopped working after 67 days and I lost $100+ of refrigerated food. Tried to return the refrigerator to BestBuy and got no where. Got no sympathy and feel cheated. Was told that I could not return after 15 days unless I purchased extra warranty. If the refigerator was a quality product I would not need to purchase extra warranty! Expected refrig to last longer than 67 days!!! Was told that I will have to schedule an appt for a technician to come investigate. How long will this take? Intial appt?? Time to order/receive parts?? Time to return to my home to install parts and hope that it works??
In the mean time, I have a refigerator I cannot use! Very unhappy with my purchase & Best Buy experience!
