3rd Party Vendors Damaged by Home and no proper response from Best Buy Support

Hi Best Buy, 

 

As part of an installation Best Buy employed the use of 3rd party vendors. These vendors came to my new home and finally ended up damaging the existing switches and currently I don't have lights nor fans working in my living room. I've been trying to follow up for more than a week and all I'm getting is mixed and confused responses from Best Buy Support. This is frustrating.

 

I'm a Best Buy Total Tech member and have bought more than $5000 in supplies from Best Buy. I don't think this is how I should be treated.
