You’re extremely misguided. He talked to the AIG on my behalf and fully explained the three previous repairs that occurred as well as the fourth set of repairs exceeding the 33% value. The AIG did the return and authorization not the AM. He was only the mediator. You should stop responding to posts on behalf of BB when you are uninformed and propagating bad information to customers
