I just left the Birmingham store on Hwy 280 with the above mentioned chest freezer. The box appeared to be in decent shape with only one hole in one of the lower corner. Once home, we unpacked the freezer to find the following damage. The damage appears to only be cosmetic but wanted to pass the information along for record.

They’ll be happy to help you either return this freezer, or work towards exchanging it for a different unit.
