10.2 Insignia Chest Freezer

I just left the Birmingham store on Hwy 280 with the above mentioned chest freezer.  The box appeared to be in decent shape with only one hole in one of the lower corner.  Once home, we unpacked the freezer to find the following damage.  The damage appears to only be cosmetic but wanted to pass the information along for record.

Welcome to the bestbuy forums buying new items should always be a fun experience . If this item was just purchased I would highly recommend heading back into the store and seeing what options are available for exchange. Other wise if you just wanted to document this as feedback I'm sure our moderators will do so.

As poprex911 has mentioned, if you’re still within the 15-day return/exchange period offered by our Return & Exchange Promise, and are worried the freezer you’ve purchased might have more than the cosmetic damage you’ve noticed thus far, please don’t hesitate to return to the Birmingham store for further assistance.  They’ll be happy to help you either return this freezer, or work towards exchanging it for a different unit.
