I recently bought a dishwasher. I did not receive a email (which I was promised) telling me when my delivery date was, nor did I receive a phone call. What I did get was a call informing me they were 15 - 20 minutes from my house and on their way to deliver and install.
Bestbuy should somehow make this information available to us on their web site. A customer could login to their BestBuy.com account to confirm an appointment rather than spend time calling in.
I'm not sure if this would be logistically possible with our current systems, but you never know. Would anyone else like to see this put into place? Remember to vote for an idea if you like it.
