Boosted recently released there new line up! I think it would be great to bring them in store, specifically (hawaii stores XD where i am from)
They released the new Mini S, Mini X and the Boosted Stealth. Both of the Mini's are under a grand which makes them a bit more affordable than the regular boosted boards.

MINI S - 749 USD

PS im hoping best buy carry this (cause im actually and employee) I bus or uber to and from work and if this go on the shelves, I would totally get it. A better alternative type of transportation.
You as a whole do sell many Garmin products but I see one you missed out on. You guys have many scuba divers as your customers that would love to be able to order through your company the mk1 decent by Garmin. This a Garmin watch just like the others with a added feature scuba diving computer. Any location you have near any coast or natural spring is missing out of the sale of this product. I believe myself and many others in the diving community could and would jump on this product given the chance to be sold by a major retailer.

I work in Connected Car at BestBuy and lately I have had a lot of customers come in looking to buy the "Automatic Pro" device from us. It is something that we should be carrying and after having numerous complaints that it is being advertised on Automatic's own website that we sell the device (we currently do not) I thought I would bring it up here.
The device itself is awesome and offers free 3G for 5 years, tracking/monitering, diagnostics, and a very long list of bonus features.
Here is a link to the incorrect advertisement {removed per forum guidelines}
(we do currently sell the regular "automatic" but the above advertisement is specifically for the Pro)
Another device I have had requests for and we should look into carrying is the Verizon HUM.

Yep, I see we now carry the Automatic Pro Adapter.
I'd really like to be able to buy Crucial's memory products from Best Buy, especially their SSDs. Even if they were online-only, that would still be great.
I'd like to buy this range of SSDs: {removed per forum guidelines}
I'm always in favor of offering the greatest variety of product options. Would anyone else like to see Best Buy carry Crucial products? Please remember to vote for an idea if you like it!
Since Best Buy has now closed its used goods outlets (Best Buy Private store and Auction and Cowboom.com, there is no place for consumers to be able to purchase meaningful used or pre-owned product through best buy's marketplace. The only items listed under pre-owned is 1 laptop, and 1300 video games.
What happened to selling items that come back from the trade-in program, or used items that 3rd party sellers want to sell on Best Buy's Marketplace? The comparison is Amazon's site where they ask "got one to sell" on almost every item, and list the new and used prices available from other sellers on the marketplace. see: {removed per forum guidelines}
There would need to be a way of decribing the condition, items included, and possibly pictures, if the item is not in perfect shape.
Consumers want to buy used / preowned items.
We merely moved these site's inventory over to our Outlet store on BestBuy.com.
Best Buy should consider carrying the Hub+ in-store. The most common request we get in-store from customers is usually around the lack of an SD card on the MacBooks and while you can purchase the USB-C to USB and a seperate card reader, the Hub+ is aggressively priced to provide you with a much better value, giving you (3) USB-A 3.0's, (2) USB-C, a Mini Displayport and an SDXC. Outside of that it even has juice to act as an external battery pack for an iPhone! Even when compared to Apple's own adapters at $79.99, this is a bargain at the $89.99 price. This would also work on incoming USB-C based computers like Google's Chromebook Pixel.

Currently, if the price on a pre-order drops between the time a customer places an order and the time it ships, the customer automatically pays the lowest price. This policy should be adjusted so that the automatic adjustment period extends to the release day of the item.
To ensure the item reaches the customer on release day, it typically ships late during the week before release. The sale price isn't always updated on the website until the release week, after the order has shipped. This can cause customers who pre-ordered to not get the best price unless they call in and ask for a manual adjustment, which is covered.
A customer who pre-orders an item should be guaranteed to get the same price as a customer who walks into a store on release day and buys the same item.
I hear where you are coming from on this, but from what I understand we are not changing our Price Match Guarantee at this point.
Can u guys add this game to Bestbuy.com for pre-order? Comes out Oct. 2015
Thanks for the suggestion!

I have recently Pre-ordered a wide variety of games for my Xbox One (over $1000 MSRP worth) at Bestbuy and currently have them all under the same payment type (my bestbuy card).
I think my bestbuy card will be expiring soon now that Bestbuy is switching to Visa cards, meaning my pament type will soon be invalid. There is currently no option to change the payment type for my Pre-orders, and some of them are sold out with no chance of coming back in stock (Black ops 3 Juggernog Edition). So I am really hoping that these orders don't get canceled due to there being no option to change the payment type, Please consider adding this option as it would really come in handy, another great option would be adding the option for a 2nd payment type.
If there is already some way of doing this please let me know.
Thank You!
-CK
So to be clear; you have open pre-orders that you placed with a Best Buy Mastercard, and you believe your pre-orders will be cancelled when your card changes to a Visa branded card?
@CannonO, Thanks for letting us know.
My sugestion will help the organisation increase it profit. the way we can do this by leasing. New technology keep advancing and also is comming out frequently, and customers always want the fresh new item on the maket but most of the time they can't aford it. For instance a new TV why not least that TV to the customes where they will be paying a percentage of the cost every month for maybe 18 months and they have the uption of buying or upgrade. so if they choose to up grade that you can always aution off that TV or customers can bid for that TV on the web.This is just a summary of my idea, if you think this is something that you think and i no will work please feel free to let me no.

I believe we have tested similar ideas in the past and found them not to be worthwhile. Thanks for your thoughts on this.
Please see the attached image. Best Buy has some killer deals on PC games for 99 cents. These are some great games! But when I put them in my cart, those shipping prices are outrageous for "clearance items"
Perhaps there should be better pricing on value shipping. By the time I put both of those games in my cart I am paying $6 extra (for shipping) for two games that cost 99 cents. It's hardly a bargain.
Thanks for the feedback, and I get where you are coming from on this. Unfortunately our shipping charges are not based on the price of the item being purchased, but instead on how much it costs us to ship them via UPS.
Would anyone else like to see us carry these in our stores? Make sure to vote for an idea if you like it.
My last rant of the night (I promise). I've never really understood the point of the Microsoft Consultants program. On paper, we rant and rave about how it's to tell the Microsoft story and yada yada yada but it would seem to me like a majority of computer users ARE Microsoft users, so this should just be a general requirement of being hired / working in the computers department. In this regard, I've always felt as the Microsoft Consultant was a me-too kind of effort on Microsoft's part (to the Apple Expert program which makes more sense seeing as it's a specialized product that a lot of employees usually don't know about), but the latest changes to the Microsoft Consultant program are just absurd. Case in point: a customer was actually told that they could not be assisted because the only employee that was available to assist a customer was the Microsoft Consultant and he was told he cannot ring up non-Microsoft products. Keep in mind, the store was slammed and this "MS Consultant" is literally standing there watch this poor lady wait with his hands in his pocket like "what do you expect me to do?" This is not the experience that Best Buy should be striving to create nor should they be letting this happen in their stores. Whatever Microsoft is funding you is not worth the dissatisfaction and potential lost business and this should really be re-examined and re-considered expecially as you enter two of the busiest times of the year for Computing: Back to School and the Holidays.
I hear where you are coming from, but we would still want Microsoft experts to assist our customers. I use Microsoft products on a daily basis, but put PowerPoint or Excel in front of me and I struggle.
This issue involves the new 12" Apple MacBooks in particular. These computers are impossible to find and get and a lot of the DCs have them in stock but they are not shipping them to stores. I would completely understand this mentality if they were orderable thru OMS but OMS is still turned off on these. This means the only other way to get these is to find another brick & mortar location that has them in stock and initiate a physical transfer. The common problems I run into here are (1) stores don't answer the phone at all or answer and place you on extended holds, (2) stores answer the phone and take forever to locate the product and/or (3) stores find the product citing that it's their only 1 in stock and they refuse to sell it stating that their manager or supervisor is denying the transfer request.
So in other words, they would rather WALK a sell that is going thru (because it's not at their location) than take care of a customer and create a positive shopping experience and what's really silly to me is most of the time the store's aren't selling this item as referenced thru their weekly sell-thru. There should be a system in place, similar to OMS or ExpressLane that's strictly for store to store transfers that makes it easy to initate a transfer and if that item is physically not being sold at the time the transfer is created, the store MUST transfer it out (provided its to take care of a customer and not just to sit on a shelf in a new location) and it should integrate with Campus Ship to make it easier to flow thru this process and also CC all the leaders in the store that the transfer is coming from/going to with the customer information and tracking information.
I know in this example I'm talking about MacBooks, but I've seen this issue in other departments too, like in Home Theater on popular 4K models, etc. etc.
I don't mind most of this idea, but the new process would need to have the approval of the management of the store the item(s) is coming from before completing the transfer. Would any other employees like to see this as a reality? Make sure to vote for an idea if you like it.
I think you guys should reconsider(It was added to the list by mistake earlier) adding Gears of War: Ultimate Edition to the $10 pre-order reward certificate program. I remember the same thing happened with the Halo Master Chief Collection last year but Best Buy later decided to add it back.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is not a part of the My Best Buy Get $10 per game offer. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
Suggestion for product management - consider a process for "special orders" of items you do not carry from existing suppliers.
I.E. I want to buy a certain GE through the wall air conditioner that you do not normally carry. I went to my local store hoping to order it for in store pickup. It can't be done.
Couldn't somebody in appliances product management (the AC / GE buyer) call GE and order it as a one-off item. GE has them in stock. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me to add this special order service for pre-paid orders like this.
I have to say I like this idea. I'm not sure how feasible it is, but I would like to hear if other customers would like to see this as an option. Remember to vote for an idea if you like it.
could you please start selling netduma R1 Gaming Router!!!
here is a great review of it, it's like nothing you have in stock!!!
We're always looking for great new products. Would anyone else like to see this Netduma router available through Best Buy?

I do a lot of traveling and public speaking. I also use Apple and Samsung products, which means multiple chords. This also means that every time that I go some place new, I have to take all of the cables and adapters that I might need so that I have them with me just in case the local venue does not have them.
I recently started looking for a cable organizer both through Best Buy and through other companies and only found one that would do what I wanted. It is from a company called BUBM.
It is a nice zipper case that will keep everything organized and does it in a way that allows me to fit it in to any carry on luggage or computer bag.
I really think this could be an item that would do well for all of our stores when it comes to our traveling and public speaking customers.
Thank you for your time.
