Website Errs Out when Trying to Order Several Items at a Time

Whenver I try and order several items at a time, I get errors on the website.  After I go to the cart, I select the shipping preference, then click on Continue to Payment Information, and the spinner seems to pop up for each item, eventually erring out.  I get an error like, "A problem occurred, please try again".  I have tried clearing cookies, etc. with no change.  This is the same issue I have with trying to view order history - when scrolling down the order history page, a new spinner appears at the bottom, but the spinners stop appearing after a while, and there is no way to see all of my order history (hence the request in a different Idea to add more filtering (such as date range) to order history.

This sounds like a hardware and or software issue on your end.

 

Try using a different browser.  Do a speed test to see how fast your connection is. 

 

I can easily see the last 3 years of purchases.  It only shows so many, then when you get to the bottom it will add more.  And you have the ability to see all your purchases for a given year going back to 2014

I have a 1gb connection (speed test was 950 mbps when I just ran it), running on a machine with 32 gb of memory.  It is not my machine or connection.  I have tried chrome, edge, and ie.  I have spoken with customer support regarding this a few times, and they told me not to expect to see more than 10 purchases for a year.

 

I make dozens of purchases each year.  When I get to the bottom, it does show more, repeating each time I scroll to the bottom, but it only goes so far down before the spinner stops.

I can easily pull up years of purchses on my iPhone, iPad, laptop and a Desktop hooked with VPN.

 

There is certainly does not seem to be an issue with the BB web site for pulling up purchases.  

 

It could also be an issue with your provider. Comcast comes to mind

Thanks for trying to help me figure this out.  How many orders for a year can you see?  How many times are you able to scroll down, see a spinner, and have it update with more orders?

I just looked. By default it will show up to 3 years of purchases. When I go to it. 

 

I was able to scroll down 5 times to the spinner and have it refresh.  After the fifth spinner I was all the way at the bottom. 

On the first screen I could see 9 orders.  I went to 2019 and I could see 10.  I tend to think the number  of orders you can see on the first screen may have something to do with how many parts there are to the orders. 

 

You have tried this on different browsers?  I get the same result in Chrome and Edge. I don't have IE on this computer. 

 

Your browsers are up to date as well as Java (I don' t know if the site uses Java)

Your browser is accepting cookies and Java
