Stop putting stickers on online orders

Multiple times now, I have purchased an item online, both for shipping and for in-store pickup. Every time, a large sticker is placed on the box. They are not easily removable and cannot be removed cleanly. On multiple occasions, these were gifts that had to be given with a big ugly sticker on it, or with the paper/adhesive left behind from trying to remove the big ugly sticker.

I’d this sticker is necessary, I’d like to suggest that your warehouses and stores be required to use removable adhesive. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure this has been suggested in the past. We are most likely not going to stop putting stickers on items we sell, but I guess it would be possible we could use removable adhesive. Would anyone else have any thoughts on this? Make sure to vote for an idea if you like it.

When I get items with stickers that have destroyed them on pick up, I just get another box off the shelf. Let them deal with pulling off the sticker at bestbuy. You do not have to buy damaged product and if bestbuy sees that products are being damaged and refused by the customer, they will stop doing it.


Cant sell something as new when it looks like a truck ran over it or a glue horse attached itself to your movie.

@cry4dawn You've obviously never shopped at a certain black and red gaming retailer then where they sell "new" games that have been opened to make display cases.

I order very often from Bestbuy, since it's the best option for me whether it's delivery or pickup but heck, can y'all please figure out this giant sticker situation? It's ruins the box and it's not an easy peel off either. Is it even necessary to be that big?
