Hey,

 

Bascially my suggestion is to add a new segment for best buy. Currently, Best Buy is on the decline as more and more shoppers move their shopping online. Of courses, we could argue that people still would like to see and touch large home appliances before purchasing it which online does not offer. But the only issue with that is people would come into the store, find the machine they want and then go online to buy it. But there is one thing that is going for best buy, it is still extremely well known. When you dont know what you are looking for, you would go to best buy. And I believe best buy can use that fact to promote it self as a machine repair center/service. Best Buy will offer a subscription based world class computer monitering service for any user. Where Best Buy will run the tests, repair, etc for any member. And if there is a technical issue, best buy will help you get a brand new laptop. This service will offer web security, fire wall, computer cleaners etc. The service will also offer free constultation for upgrading the clients computer, yearly full system checks and much more. Bascially this service is a full package that helps the client run their computer to the best of its ability.
