It would be very helpful to all of your customers if you would post an archieve of purchase receipts on our respective online account site. Presently, I am told that you only do this for on-line purchases. How about including store purchase receipts also.
I do believe they already do that.
I just looked at 3 purchases I made in the last 6 months in store and they all have receipts.
Thanks for reaching out on this. As long as you associate your My Best Buy account with the purchase you made in one of our stores, the receipt for that purchase should be listed in your My Best Buy account on BestBuy.com.
How do I associate my account with the purchase. I would have thought they would post it on my account automatically without me having to ask them to do it.
You get a My Best Buy account.
This will give you an account that allows you monitor all your purchases. The link above will show you more details.
You need to give your acount number with each purchase. If you make the purchase online you will simply log in first.
In store purchases you can scan your card or give the CSA the phone number you have linked to your account.
You will also need an eamil address. You may need to flag the first few messages as not being SPAM.
