PDF Copies of Product Manuals

I looked at the refrigerator I purchased and there is NO

on line product manual available.

Harbor Freight and lots of other retailers have manuals and

parts list available on line.

Why NOT Best Buy?

I have never had a problem finding a PDF manual of something I purchase on the manufacturer's website. Are you saying you would like Best Buy to provide these manuals for download? Would anyone else like to see Best Buy provide this service?

Best Buy partially does this with their Insignia and Dynex line of products where they recently went green on Televisions and have their official manuals online now. The only manuals included now are for assembly.

But for other products this really could come in handy. Hell, this may sound tacky but some people call up food companies or look them up online because they lost the packaing to a TV dinner and don't know the time to cook it.

Okay this does not have anything to do with electronics, but if there is a will, there is a way, people will find the manuals but will remember the company they bought it from first before going elsewhere to get the manual
