Online orders

You need to create a more seamless online order for store pickup process with store stock in mind. Experience- I ordered a tv for in store pick up the item was not available for a week. Then I received notice that the item wouldn’t be available until a month and a half later. Despite in that seven day period between my online order to ultimately my canceled online order could purchase the same item in store right away. It is not customer friendly and created a lot of issues resulting from the order cancellation.
