There are many special edition video game pre-orders (i.e. Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition) that are online only. This means that when we order them, the only option is to have them shipped. Seeing as these games are shipped late in the week or the day before, most of the time, customers are unable to play the games on day one. This has caused me to pre-order most games through Gamestop since they usually have the special editions in store. What I am proposing, is to have online only pre-orders have a site to store option, so that these games can come from the warehouse and be held for customer pick up on day one.

I hear where you are coming from on this. At this time it is doubtful we will be changing how we fulfill online only pre-orders.

Then I guess it's doubtful that I will pre order from best buy. Thanks for the quick response
