Customer was so scared by her DELIVERY auto - confirmation, --she had to call the Corporate Office to complain. She stated she was an older person, and her phone rarely rings after 9 PM, and if that did occur, it would signal to her that there was an emergency, that required her immediate attention.
Customer said she got a call from the SUGGESTED after 11 PM,about her repair_ she was really scared
Is there a way to keep these auto notifications to normal business hours, and the customer has given approval for late night calls? I really can identify with this customer-her being alone, and having the phone ring that late.
