Improve Veribage on return and exchanges page

From this page: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/warranties-and-manufacturer-contact/pcmcat204400050042.c?id...

It says, "Manufacturer warranties apply to items purchased on Best Buy dot com"

What it does not say is that if a customer can return an item to the store and claim a replacement under the manufacturers warranty or if it just applies in the event of a defective item and so forth

The wording needs to be improved to clarify what it means as it can cause those to believe they can return an Item outside the return and exchange policy for a replacement under the manufacturers warranty.

Options under a manufacturer's warranty vary greatly from one warranty to the next, and if you want to know how a manufacturer warranty you would need to contact that manufacturer.

I don't think it would be wise from a business point of view to state you can bring it back here to replace under warrenty.  I think it would lead to a plethora of people not understanding why they are not instanly getting a replacement. It really isn't just simple. So many people these days trying to run a scam

Truthfully if you have a warrenty issue I think customers should go via the manufacturer as you would need to get an RA number first.

I had a dehumidifier go out on me after only 9 months.  I had to contact the manufacturer. I gave them my serial number and some code off the plug prongs and they issued a RA number that I brought into BB and got it replaced.
