So you guys did implement the change and made more employees aware of these forums, but it still fails to sink it at my local #364 store I ask an employee on how to find these forums a test question and they still don't know.
Perhaps when a blue shirt helps ring up a customer, a register associate can offer Best Buy Unboxed as a way to get help for their purchase after paying if they need additional assistance.
I certainly wouldn't mind if it was it to the customer service kiosk that we have. I would love to see these forums be a place someone can go and just ask any questions that the may feel like they were too embarrassing in RL. Or just need a little bit of help.
Sometimes I feel like I am the only store associate at my store that ever pokes in on these forums sometimes.
