We Don't Want A "PROMOTION!" We Want A Benefit!!!

Make the $20 Reward Zone For Game Club Members, a permanent benefit.

The concept is simple and easy as one, two, three.

1.) $20 Reward Zone On Select New Releases For Gamer Club Members Only.

2.) $10 Reward Zone On Select New Releases For None Game Club Members.

3.) New Titles To Be Added Regularly For All Current Gaming Systems.

See, It doesn't need to be complicated.

Hi Gamers! Victory Can Be Pre-ordered was definitely an awesome promotion and I can certainly understand people being upset with the changes to that program. That being said, things do change and we feel they are changing for the better.

While our loyal gamers may no longer enjoy this great benefit, there are still many great benefits from Best Buy to enjoy for being a gamer with us. Gamers Club Unlocked members still can revel in the many benefits that the program has available. Throw in our pre-order exclusives and the Reward Zone Get $10 program, which still grants gamers a great benefit, and things look excellent for our gaming community!

This is just the tip of the iceberg as we continue to look for other awesome ways we can reward Gamers Club Unlocked members for providing us with their gaming business. We do listen to feedback from our customers, and while this particular promotion is going away, there is nothing to say that at some future point it might not raise its head again. Thanks for all the input!

definitely agree with @3DKillers, this is a promotion and not a benefit. i renewed by unlocked membership today in hopes that the $20 certificates will continue. Give us back the BENEFIT BEST BUY!

I would greatly like to see this happen. I've made Best Buy my place to pre-order . Please continue to offer the Best Buy on pre-orders guys! Kudos to David-BBY, Sean-BBY and Allan-BBY for the excellent customer service I've received. The past year has been wonderful, please continue to provide us customers the best shopping experience into 2014 and beyond.

I can't imagine any Gamers Club Unlocked member disagreeing with this idea, but given the fact we just changed this benefit I can't imagine we would go back to the previous model so quickly. I would like to hear from others on this. Remember to vote for an idea if you like it.

The benefit should never have been changed from the start for unlocked members. The addition of RewardZone members i think diminished this benefit for the ones that do pay for the Gamers Unlocked Membership. There should be separate lists of games for RewardZone and for Gamers Unlocked. It's sad to say I've cancelled my pre-orders due to only receiving $10 now. I moved back to Gamestop. thanks BestBuy

I just joined less than a month ago, and I'm already regretting it. I was told in store about the $20 for preorders, and I've already had one preorder get changed to no gift card at all. I will definitely not renew my unlocked membership, why would anyone? You can get discounts and free perks from several other retailers WITHOUT paying for a magazine (which I never got) or crappy coupons ( which I never got).

Allan, the primary reason all of us joined the Unlocked program was because of the $20 certificates. The magazine was simply that, a magazine with some coupons that most members didnt use. As someone said earlier, the $20 should have been axed for Unlocked members. There are plenty of other retailers that have started offering $10 pre-order credits, $20 is what made BB different.

@ tn1848; believe me when I state your voices are being heard on this idea. The team in charge of this program has been made aware of this concern. I can't say if we will change this benefit back, but I can assure you that these comments are not landing on deaf ears.

This has my vote. The $20 promo was the only reason I signed up for GCU. I'm not planning on renewing once it expires now that this promo is gone. I very rarely had any need of the other benefits of the GCU program.

My unlocked expires soon. I do not plan on renewing since we seem to have no benefit in keep this now! I Vote to keep the 20 dollars, but I will probably be long gone by the time they decide to keep it!
