I am sorry to say but we are less than 60 days out from one of the major gaming events of the decade (a release of new generation of consoles) and yet I have seen no new benefits or attempts to aknowledge that we as a consumer who have paid a premium for this service are being benefited.

As usual the coupons that have been provided in the past months have become decidedly worse. The Trade in Values and promotions are begun to falter in their value compared to other trade in programs elsewhere and just generally selling my games on places like eBay.

I think the time as come for me to cancel this subscription and try to get some form of a refund seeing as I renewed in last 2 monthes assuming the Victory can be preorerded program would continue. The only way a corporation will listen and try to change is if consumers speak with their wallets. This was clearly successful when gamers told Microsoft enough was enough and to be frank I think the time as come here as well.

I support Best Buy as company but the gutting of this program from the force to digital, and the lousy coupons, as well as the removal of the $20 preorder promotion is too much. I have seen the mods claim they are trying to change things but the most significant change I have seen thus far is a simple rename smacked onto the rewardzone program.

Hopefully Best Buy will get their act together, in the mean time however I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

I am in the same boat, I logged on to the web site saw the list of all the games for ps4 and xbox one and as I was gamers unlocked memeber I knew I was getting 20$ back, and ofcourse I asked in the store again to make sure...

ACIV BF, Fifa, COD, BF4 just to name a few were all listed I think I only did not buy need for speed and nba game...

I pre ordered 9 games (bought 10) and now I am being told that promotion did not exsist...

are you serious I am pretty sure I have a screenshots of the list of the games and the benefit listed of being gamers unlocked..which was 1000 points back.

They were all picked up on release dates.

I was ultra pi**ed about some interactions in the store but the store manager and his staff have now aproached and reached out to me and assured me that stuff would not happen again and I have to say they were cool, but that was after they got my post from corporate. Anyway I get it you can not have 100 employees in the building and have all of them care about their job and it's retial so it's got to suck sometimes...

But it's like this huge disconect still between what the store people know, what the my best buy 1800 number is telling me, what people on here are saying....

Honestly the promo was there when I bought it now I would like my coupons please...
