Have something set up so if someone needs to chat online right then, they don't have to email someone and wait a long time or have to call in. It's very convenient to have a live chat feature on techy websites.
I looked under customer service cause I knew there used to be one myself. I gues they got rid of that. You know while it would be useful... I personally never did get very good service from the chat myself.Of course this is just personal experience though I am sure the hcat has helped people over the years of use.
I guess what I am saying is from what I have seen personally I don't know if I would support having the chat to be re-opened. You have to consider anyway they ahve to get people to man that front then as well when that money could be used elsewhere.

Perhaps just having a live chat available like other websites instead of just in circumstantial places? Just IMO that would be very helpful, but thank you for acknowledging my inquiry.
