I've noticed that most of the Apple products sold by Best Buy are bare minimum specs.  Can you please offer i7 products and maybe an option to expand the computers memory?  Especially in the MacBook Air line, the ultrabooks need more power and efficiency.  Hope other members feel the same way.

I show we do sell a Mac mini that has an i7 processor and a MacBook Air that comes with an i7 processor.

From what I understand it is up to the manufacturer as to whether or not a computer's memory can be expanded, and I would suggest reaching out to Apple on this part of your idea.

Would anyone else like us to expand the Apple computer selection? Remember to vote for an idea if you like it. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

I don't know I do enjoy some Apple products but the notebooks were never one of them personally.

@Allan-BBY it would be great to see the 11-inch macbook air to be carried in an i7 processor, not just an i5.  I just think there should be a choice, not just one model

@Allan-BBY also, the MacBook Air 11in that you referenced with the i7 processor is not the current generation model with 9 hours of battery life.  that is going to be about 2 years old coming up this summer for the new refresh.

You're not going to get 9 hours of battery life out of an i7 based laptop. Not without some significant power savings elsewhere that would make the machine unable to fully utilize the i7.
