I've noticed that there's been a large focus on used games & there's been several @gamer coupons for used games that have resulted in good deals. But the problem for many is that their local stores don't have a large selection of used games which makes the coupons "useless". Also, when there's deals like buy 2 get 1 free on all used games or buy any used game $30 or more get a free Unlocked membership these are also not enticing if there's little to no game to buy. BestBuy is new to the used game market but if your gonna compete with Gamestop in their backyard you gotta provide the same services.
I would be thrilled if I could use the coupons online!

Take a cue from Safeway's Just For You electronic coupon program. You go onto their website, click on a coupon, and it gets loaded directly on to your club card account. No bar codes, no printing, straight to your account ready to be used. You just give your club card number (Reward Zone number, in Best Buy's case) in-store or online, and the computer will automatically apply the relevant coupons.
A thousand times yes! This change would eliminate the frustration of seeing a coupon I want to use, taking the time to go to my local store, and discovering there are no copies available. If the game I want sells out on bestbuy.com, at least I didn't waste time and gas to find out! Implementing this change would make it convenient for me to shift my used-game purchases over to Best Buy.
I would definitely want the coupons on line - it's an hours drive to Best Buy, and my local store has a horrible selection of used games. The few thet have adre twice the price of Gamefly, or other used places.
This would help me alot. I have yet to use any of the used coupons as my store's ps3 selection is pretty slim being a smaller town
With the closest Best Buy being an hour away from me, I think this is a great ideal.
