I've noticed that there's been a large focus on used games & there's been several @gamer coupons for used games that have resulted in good deals. But the problem for many is that their local stores don't have a large selection of used games which makes the coupons "useless". Also, when there's deals like buy 2 get 1 free on all used games or buy any used game $30 or more get a free Unlocked membership these are also not enticing if there's little to no game to buy. BestBuy is new to the used game market but if your gonna compete with Gamestop in their backyard you gotta provide the same services.
I agree with what others have said in regards to the selection of Used Games at my local store. I realize that by allowing us to use coupons online business will be diverted away from B & M stores. I'm torn because I don't want to impact local workers' employement, but at the same time I have to consider the cost in terms of gas plus time that frequenting my local Best Buys incurs.
I want the coupons to be able to be used online without harming local workers.

I feel your concern for the B&M stores but the way it is now BB isn't getting the amount of money from used games that they could simply because of stock levels which hurts total sales revenue which still hurts the B&M employees too. Also, remember the used game business works b/c of the choices so even though people would be doing more online ordering most would still do trades in-store to get the instant credit. Once BB becomes a force in gaming like should be B&M stores will flourish just like GS...don't know what area you're in but there's at least 5-8 GS w/i a 20 mile radius of me. At one point there was 2 in the same mall.
This would be great.
The used selection at my closest store is basically no bigger than a six foot by six foot space on the shelf for each platform. Most of the titles aren't very good. I'm not expecting a fantastic selection but compared to the size of the new offerings, it's slim pickings.
On top of that, I live a good distance from the nearest Best Buy. The closest one is over an hour away (which doesn't make a lot of sense considering I'm in a rather big town in a state with no sales tax on the border of two high sales tax states). Anyway, I can't get to a Best Buy unless I'm heading in that direction anyway. I can't take advantage of the coupons very easily.
It would be so much more convenient if I was able to use my coupons online.
To me, offering a physical copy of the magazine, along with digital versions of the coupons that can be used both in store on line would be the best option.
I would love to be able to do this!
I work nights, so when ten o’clock rolls around I'm thinking long and heavy about going to bed and running to BB after waking up is even a worse idea...
Truth be told, I would just be happy to be able to do store pick up... Or at least reserve a copy that the store has on hand as nothing is worse than to make a special trip only to find out itsa wasted trip.
I would love an option to use the coupons online. Make it in store pickup/ship to store so that the customer has to bring in the coupon when they pick up the item and it would cut down on fraud/abuse.
Lots of times I see a game listed online as out of stock for my local store and it would be nice to still be able to get them. I've bought a lot of games that I wouldn't normally, just because there was a coupon for it. I don't think that I've bought a game that had a coupon for it in the past 4 months because of my local store being out of stock. That's OK, I guess I can keep my money.

That's gonna require alot more work/problems
1-what's happens if the items you aren't avail. for in-store p/u
2-What about the people who live to far away from a BB location
2A-there's customers that only order from the site & never goto the store
