I think these are reasonable things to add to the current unlocked membership program. Shouldn't cost Best Buy much to implement and gives a little bit more reason to join. Smiley Happy

Bring back the B2G1 on NEW games coupon that was eliminated from the welcome packets. As bob330i said, the used sections kind of stink. It was nicer when the rules for trade-ins REQUIRED coverart and manuals, as now the used sections are looking more and more like Gamestop's with all sorts of incomplete copies of games. Not to mention educating the employees taking the trades about the different versions some games have. I couldn't even tell you all of the copies of God Of War Saga I've seen in the used sections with no real coverart that likely only contain the disc(s) with God Of Wars 1-3 on them that are missing the two PSP games because they were included in later versions on a download voucher that's one time use.

If going the "Gamestop" route,  don't make the birthday special applicable only to used games.  I've recieved birthday emails from Gamestop for years and never used it.  Some gamers prefer New.
