Add more detail to myBB pages

Today the website was shut down.  Now everything is folded into  However, in the new My Best Buy pages, the Point History page lacks the fine details the old Points and Purchases page had.


Please add to the new Point History page:


  1. Expanded details for each transaction that show what we purchased.
  2. What the Order Number (and in store receipt equivalent) for each purchase is.
  3. The ability to print out these details, so we can essentially print out replacement receipts for our past purchases.

These are all features that existed on the site.


Also add a new page that lists all My Best Buy promotions that are currently happening.  This was another feature of the site.

I did hear back on this and was informed that these features were added back on 10/1/2014. Thanks for the feedback.

A lot of people have asked this question in the My Best buy forum.  They say the detailed information is beingworked on and will be available when it's ready.  Why not wait until it's completely ready before shutting down the old site.  I love BB and shop there a lot but the new system kind of feels like something I have come to expect from stores like Kmart.  Personally this is unacceptable.

Totally agree with other posters.  Need to bring these features back ASAP or bring back the old site.

Please bring back the more detailed tranaction view for each individual purchase that the perfectly functional had.  it seems rather silly that these were removed.  Im not sure how giving your customers LESS visibilty was thought to be a good idea.....

I went on today to look at my recent in store purchases and how many points were earned, and found out that I couldn't anymore! I like to look at what I have purchased recently in store and where, or sometimes I forget what and where I have stuff pre-ordered and the detailed points listings would help me find that. I also used it to make sure that any video game pre-order bonuses got applied correctly, or to see how many extra points I am getting using my Best Buy Mastercard.


Also, I noticed that I can only go back 6 months now. I have pre-ordered games well over 6 months before release. I buy so much stuff from Best Buy that I can't properly manage my paper receipts, so getting the listing from the website would be enough for customer service to pull up my receipt and let me complete my purchase at the time of pick up.


Please bring back the point/purchase detail and increase the range to at least 1 year. Thanks!!

Now that or is official gone and redircets to the MyBestBuy section of so things need to be addressed. The top on my list is that the Points History section needs to be detailed. We need to be able to see the details of all of our purchases like we used to.


Every detail needs to be there when we click on them like it used to be plus extras.

  • All the items that were prchased.
  • Their individual points
  • Total Regular Joe Points (Excludes Bonus and Credit card)
  • Any Bonus Points (Keep Bonus, Double, Pre-order, MyBB Member, GCU all seperate)
  • We already see the actual total of points. Individual break downs need to happen
  • Customer/Receipt number
  • A option to print a copy of the receipt
  • I have 12 games ordered on one receipt. I need to be able to click on it and see what games are on that purchase. It is frustrating me to death right now. FIX IT PLEASE!

We also used to have the customer PIN information for every transaction visible. The old RZ website allowed us to reprint our old receipts. These bits of information are very important:
1. When I had a FIFA preorder DLC not print out, the BBY gaming mods requested every customer to private message them the customer PIN info of the transaction. This helps serve them to find the transaction and verify the preorder transaction quicklyi. Not every customer likes to keep old receipts laying around. I, for example like to keep my place organized so I always throw out my receipts. With the new RZ interface, I have no way to recall that information now without extensive follow up.
2. For returns, it makes the process smoother by just having my customer PIN handy so that the customer service employee at my local BB can use the info to reprint the receipt. Adding back in the old features such as the PIN adds back in some automation that will reduce manual work at the store level.
3. Since the GCU memberships have policies to restrict gaming purchases to a limit of 3 within a year. Some customers relied on the old RZ site to make sure nobody would go over that rule. By getting of the prior purchase detail, there is no way anybody will be able to keep track of that any longer. I would think it would be asking too much to expect any customer to keep their receipts for a year.

I would think Best Buy still has the data from the old RZ website. I'm not sure if it can easily be reintroduced though. I liked being able to go over all my transactions (not sure how far back but orders in order history seems to be from when I started). The points breakdown was also useful.
