Add more detail to myBB pages

Today the website was shut down.  Now everything is folded into  However, in the new My Best Buy pages, the Point History page lacks the fine details the old Points and Purchases page had.


Please add to the new Point History page:


  1. Expanded details for each transaction that show what we purchased.
  2. What the Order Number (and in store receipt equivalent) for each purchase is.
  3. The ability to print out these details, so we can essentially print out replacement receipts for our past purchases.

These are all features that existed on the site.


Also add a new page that lists all My Best Buy promotions that are currently happening.  This was another feature of the site.

Status: We Did It!

I did hear back on this and was informed that these features were added back on 10/1/2014. Thanks for the feedback.

I agree with Keen if your going to make changes to the site update it instead of downgrading it all of those features that were removed were useful to I'm sure alot of us.

Allow customers to be able to select a "limited" account history or an "expanded" view when needed.

Having MyBBY and unified is great, I am all for that. But making it a stripped down version is silly.


How do I know if I get my double points or 25% bonus properly if I cannot see the breakdown of points. How do I know if a transaction is missing with certaintity if I can't see the details of what each entry is for? IMO it is rather messed up for BBY to basically (with or without intent) hide things that have to do with the things WE buy from BBY.


Please just add more details to the entries of our accounts, the way it should be.

I really want the features the OP mentioned back.  It feels like we were given a major downgrade with the new site.

Have to completely agree best buy took something that was working fine and met our needs just fine and instead of improving with the upgrade the upgrade is more like a downgrade and striped the rewards site of it features that was actually useful for features that don't help us the consumers at all

Its a disservice to the customers to change something that worked perfectly fine for us and make it worse in the process . We need to be able to track our points , especially when you factor in whether or not the proper points are pending . Many of the bonus point promos such as the bonus 500 points for preordering with gamers club don't always show up .

Recieving broad feedback prior to making changes will help prevent these types of oversight issues.
