Add filter for Keyboard Language

The language type for laptops are typically US style or Bililingual. These defer in the laptop key sizes, position, and short cuts to access special characters. This can be very fustestering for users that are not used to different type of keyboard than the US ones. Unforuntately, there does not seem to be any way to filter those results but rather having to click on each laptop and check the keyboard language requirements manually.
