Currently, we offer antivirus, such as Webroot SecureAnywhere, as part of our Geek Squad Tech Support bundle. This solves 2/3rds of the equation of providing a client with full protection (tech support + antivirus), but still leaves many without the 3rd part, which is a backup plan.

It'd be great if we could partner with an online backup company to make sure that a client's important files are backed up automatically.

Way too many people have no backup plan for their computers. I would love to see us including this service with our Geek Squad Tech Support bundle. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
