I've had the switch with BotW download in my cart for a half hour now, but it won't let me check out. I don't want to lose it It took me 15 minutes to get into my cart in the first place.

Tried for 45 minutes to order an NES classic and was beset by every conceivable timeout, some of them with inaccurate messages.  Finally got a message saying it was sold out.  That at least was accurate.  Thanks for wasting my time.

I just spent 45 minutes playing tug of war with the Best Buy website to trying to order this game system.  I finally got to the payment page and after hitting "Process Order" in bright yellow half a dozen times I got kicked off saying my cart was empty.  I must say that is about as frustrating as it gets.

Had the console in my cart and logged successfully into account and clicked on place order only to see spinning wheel for 15 minutes to say that the item sold out. Absolutely disappointed.

Hello there I was looking forward to getting an Nintendo Switch but didn't know they were giving new orders today because I was hoping on getting a notification in my email inbox but didn't get one and once I found out on these forums it was too late and I was clicking on "add to cart" and the "error" popped out and now when will there be a new shipment online because my nearest bestbuy is an 1 hour and 30 minutes without traffic and the notification on bestbuy doesn't work because I didn't recieved no email at all. I hope you guys read this and have a good day.
