I currently own a Whirlpool duet washer...and I am thinking of purching the Samsung steam dryer. I wish to stack the two....will the stacking kit for the whirlpool and the samsung compatible???

Generally not, the stacking kits are designed for the pair so if you want to stack you should get the Whirlpool duet steam dryer.
