So I've been using my Lenovo Smart Display mainly in the kitchen (best kitchen help really!) but I'd like to learn a couple more cool things I can do with this display. I was babysitting recently and found out that the display can read out bedtime stories! Awesome feature when you can't think of one really!
Anyone else with more tips?

Hi there, rj91, and welcome to the forum!
I honestly don't have one of these displays, but after your post, I'm thinking I need one. I've just started being a bit more adventurous when baking by trying new things, and using my phone to double check a recipe isn't always easy. I'm not exactly the most graceful when it comes to the handling the ingredients, so I don't always have a free hand available.
One thing you could do is connect your Lenovo Smart Display with your other devices in your home. You may be able to adjust the temperature if you have a Nest thermostat, or you could even turn the lights on by controlling your Phillips Hue Starter Kit.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions.
