Good question! While I hope there isn’t anything too seriously wrong with your purchase, I can understand needing the model number if you’re looking to purchase a replacement part. I’d be happy to help however possible.
Depending on the item, the model number may actually be found somewhere on the item itself (on the inside of its door, on the back of its battery cover, etc.). If you kept the manual, receipt, or original box though, it could also be printed there somewhere. Otherwise, I can attempt to locate the purchase in our system to see if I can find it for you.
