I received a Bella 6qt pressure cooker for Christmas.
Does anyone have one. The pressure release valve was not installed but included. It fits in very loosly and can easily be pulled out.
Can anyone give me any insight on this. I have also tried contacting Bella customer support.

I wish I did have some tips I could provide you about this, but I'm not honestly not sure what you might have to do get this pressure cooker to work as it should.
If you're not able to get some clear answers from Bella, I'd suggest reaching out to the person who purchased this for you. I realize it might be a bit awkward, but they might be able to get you a gift receipt to possibly process an exchange.

I contacted Bella Customer support.
They said it should not have shipped like that and is considered defective and they are sending me a new lid with the pressure release valve installed.
