No, Best Buy Mobile does not unlock phones.

No Best Buy does not unlock the devices. You will need to contact AT&T for the device unlock or use one of the reputable 3rd party services online.

AT&T is generally free if they will do it otherwise depending on what site you use and the pricing for that device it can cost generally between 15 and 30 dollars.

Dan, I have a problem the reciept of the Iphone4 that was purchased from ebay, ...ATT and Apple said the reciept was not readable...can i get a copy of this reciept from the Best Buy store in Sandy, UT...i can read the information pretty clearly but ATT said it was not good enough...i called Sandy UT and spoke with a person at the store and they still have a copy of the reciept. do you know the email address of any employees at the Sandy UT store

JMurphy115, I would start your own thread so a Community connector can see your message. Usually they can get the receipt for you.
