I heard that best buy upgrades galaxy s5's to 5.0 lollipop. I have MetroPCS and havent received the 5.0 update. Does best buy do this and if so how much does it cost?? i have S5

Best Buy would need to have this update from the manufacturer. I believe the service you are referring to may be something Geek Squad provides. Best Buy can't upgrade your phone unless it's an offiical update. There are ways to "update" but it involves actions that violate the phones warranty if you have one and other warranties you may have.
