I have recently purchased an IPhone 6 from Target and gotten the plan (Total Wireless) that corresponds with the phone and cannot seem to get web, or make and receive phone calls. There is nothing wrong the service itself as I have that, however I still cannot use my data. I have contacted Total Wireless, a tech from Target and Apple and none seems to have an answer to my problem.
I have recently contacted Apple (the Apple tech I have reached out to) and they told me to discuss the problem with Verizon and Best Buy because the phone is locked. But thanks for giving me an answer, I have solved it by going to one of those stores where it can unlock my phone.
