Hello everyone, i just want to ask if i can buy an iPhone X without contract, i would like to use it in my mexican carrier, thats why i wanna know if you sell an iPhone X unlocked, thanks

Allan-BBY is correct. But keep in mind for future reference. If Best Buy are able to sell iPhone, Best Buy do not sell unlocked iPhone model. All iPhone model Best Buy sell are universal. Once you activate it with one carrier, it's immediately locked to carrier. Only truly unlocked phones we sell are android such as Moto, Samsung, Asus, etc. Sadly, Best Buy don't offer unlocked iPhone model anymore. Hope this helps you understand why Best Buy is not able to sell universal iPhone unactivated.

I know that Verizon doesn't lock their phones. Just paid off my phone with them and asked them to unlock my phone. I was informed that they do not lock the iphone. Now I'm on AT&T wireless being that Verizon wants to charge a premium fee for better access to the data, the same phone works great on AT&T.

All iPhone X phones sold by Best Buy in the U.S. are intended to be used in the U.S., and to be activated onto a U.S. carrier.

Can I buy an unlocked Iphone Xr or Xs, or do I have to sign up for new service with a carrier?

Why do you want an unlocked phone?  A phone does not do you any good without cell phone service.

You can always pay off the phone after the first month.  And many options allow for paying the whole price up front.

Best Buy only sells unlocked iPhone 4s through 8.
